Flexibility Under Stress: Working From Home | Community Webinar

For many, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we work and live. Many individuals quickly transitioned to working from home with little notice or expectation regarding a return to normalcy. Despite blurring boundaries between work and home life (e.g., childcare), our communities have worked quickly to adapt and cope with the initial changes. Now that teleworking may be here to stay, it is more prudent than ever to reflect upon sustainable, adaptive, and practical strategies for balancing work and home demands, effective coping strategies when experiencing increased stress, and methods for keeping healthy boundaries between work and home (even when the physical separation is non-existent).

Please join our panel of mental health professionals and work-from home veterans for a free webinar as they discuss strategies to help you establish and maintain a healthy work/life balance from home.

Day and Time:  Wednesday June 17, 4:30PST

This is a free webinar for a community audience.
